So last week I got lucky enough to have an extra day off work on David's day off! So we packed a lunch and our dogs and headed to Mt. Charleston. To be honest we weren't too exited about taking Lucy and Pepper (our dogs). It's such a pain to take them anywhere! But we felt bad for how often they're neglected, so we took them. The crazy thing is that we loved it! The dogs were so good and happy to be out of their confinement of the kitchen. The fresh air was so great, and their wasn't a soul around. We let the dogs run free, had lunch and we tried to play catch. (I say try because I've turned into such a scaredy cat since we got married. I can't even catch a softball! How sad.) But I loved how nice it was to get away from the city and the worldly things and just enjoy the simple things God has given us! It was a great day! Can't wait to go back soon. :)

Sara- I wasn't sure if I ever responded to you but I wanted to let you know that I'm so glad you found me! :) Carter is so cute! It's so much fun to read your blog. Life is good here in Las Vegas, I love being married! So crazy how time flys! Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!
